Jennifer Foxworth is the owner of Foxworth Billing LLC, a company dedicated to helping healthcare providers navigate the complexities of insurance credentialing and medical billing so they can focus on what they do best—helping their clients.

With 20 years of experience in the field, Jennifer is largely self-taught and has built her expertise through years of hands-on experience, continued education, and a genuine commitment to understanding the ever-changing healthcare industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and has worked in and around the mental health industry since graduating college. Because of this background, mental health billing has become her area of specialty and one of the areas she is most passionate about serving.

Jennifer began her career in credentialing services before expanding into medical billing. Today, Foxworth Billing LLC serves more than 100 provider offices nationwide, helping providers become credentialed with insurance companies and ensuring they receive the reimbursement they have earned for the services they provide.

At the heart of Jennifer's business philosophy is something very simple: honesty. She believes in being transparent about her services, communicating openly with her clients, and doing exactly what she says she is going to do. She understands that insurance billing can feel overwhelming and frustrating, and her goal is to make that process easier for providers while building relationships based on trust.

Jennifer is also committed to maintaining high standards of compliance within the healthcare industry. She regularly attends the AMBA conference to stay current with industry changes and evolving billing practices. She is currently working toward company compliance accreditation through Healthcare Compliance Pros (HCP), further demonstrating her commitment to providing services that are both effective and responsible.

For Jennifer, the goal is simple: help providers help others—and make a living doing it. She believes providers should be able to spend their time caring for their clients rather than getting lost in the complexities of insurance. Through Foxworth Billing LLC, Jennifer strives to provide knowledgeable, dependable, and honest support while building valued, long-term relationships with the providers she serves.

Nadia Espinoza

Biller / Auditor

Nadia is a healthcare revenue cycle professional with more than 11 years of experience and a passion for helping healthcare organizations improve financial performance while maintaining compliance and operational excellence. She has a strong background in accounts receivable and is skilled in all aspects of the revenue cycle, including billing, claim corrections, reconciliation, payment posting, refunds and credit balances, customer service, and insurance follow-up.

As a NAMAS-trained auditor, Nadia brings extensive experience in documentation review, compliance auditing, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and revenue integrity. She has worked across a variety of healthcare settings, including physician offices, outpatient facilities, telehealth, and hospital environments.

Throughout her career, Nadia has supported multiple specialties, including behavioral health, speech therapy, and family practice, among others. She is knowledgeable in commercial, government, workers’ compensation, and regional insurance payers, with a thorough understanding of payer guidelines, reimbursement methodologies, and claims resolution.

Known for her attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and collaborative approach, Nadia is dedicated to delivering accurate, efficient, and results-driven solutions that enhance revenue cycle performance while supporting exceptional patient care.

Stephanie High

Biller

Stephanie holds a degree in Business Finance and began working in insurance billing in 2008, starting in home health. After taking several years away from the workforce to raise her children, she returned to billing in 2020 and moved into behavioral health. There, she quickly found a real passion for TMS and Spravato billing, developing it into one of her strongest specialties. Her experience includes helping providers navigate prior authorization requirements, understand payer and documentation guidelines, coding, claims management, and reimbursement for these specialized treatments.

She is experienced with several EHR systems, clearinghouses, and insurance portals. Stephanie especially enjoys helping new and growing practices establish strong billing processes from the beginning so claims, payments, and accounts receivable stay organized and on track. She is also skilled at identifying issues within existing accounts and helping practices improve their overall revenue cycle. Stephanie is thorough, persistent, and committed to helping providers receive the reimbursement they have earned.

Lindsey Albert

Lindsey Albert is a certified professional billing associate, advancing her expertise and professional education in medical billing. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas State University, where she studied Health Science and Health Administration.

With five years of experience supporting small business development, Lindsey’s passion for revenue cycle management has blossomed. She has a strong understanding of healthcare operations and stays deeply committed to helping patients, clinicians, and practices grow together through strategic planning and open communication.

Driven by a genuine desire to support those who aim to make the world a better place, Lindsey believes in the strength of your practice as deeply as the patients relying on your care.

Dana Neville

Hi, everyone! My name is Dana Neville, and I'm excited to be part of the Foxworth Billing team.

I began my career in medical insurance verification in 2016 at a dermatology office, where I developed a strong foundation in insurance verification and patient account support. After retiring in 2024, I quickly realized I missed working and wanted to put my experience to good use. When I learned about the opportunity at Foxworth Billing, I knew it was the perfect fit, and I joined the team in January 2025.

I truly enjoy helping our clients and working alongside such a knowledgeable and supportive group of people. I'm grateful to be part of the Foxworth Billing family and look forward to continuing to contribute to our team's success.

Alyx Cooper

Alyx Cooper brings several years of experience in medical billing and administrative support. She assists with claims processing, insurance verification, provider credentialing, EFT enrollments, payer updates, and other day-to-day billing needs. Alyx enjoys helping providers navigate the often complicated world of insurance and takes pride in being organized, detial-oriented, and keeping the billing process running smoothly.
